Practitioner | Educator | Speaker

I believe the body holds immense intelligence.

In a world that encourages us to dismiss our needs, disconnect from our rhythms and push beyond our limits, my work is centred around helping people return to balance through a more integrated and compassionate understanding of health and wellbeing.

My approach bridges Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, nervous system education, yoga, meditation and embodied lifestyle practices, weaving together ancient wisdom traditions with modern understanding in a grounded and accessible way.

For over two decades, I have worked in spaces of healing, education and care, supporting people through periods of stress, transition, burnout and personal transformation.

My Journey

Before becoming a practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda, I spent nearly a decade working as a Registered Nurse in Emergency and Palliative Care.

Those years shaped me profoundly.

I witnessed both the resilience and fragility of the human experience, people navigating pain, uncertainty, exhaustion and crisis. Over time, I became increasingly interested not only in illness itself, but in the deeper patterns underlying health, stress and imbalance.

That curiosity eventually led me beyond symptom management and into the study of more holistic systems of healing.

Through Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, meditation, yoga and consciousness-based education, I discovered approaches that viewed the individual not as a collection of symptoms, but as an interconnected whole; body, mind, emotions, energy and environment.

These teachings transformed not only the way I worked, but the way I understood healing itself.

How I Work

My work is rooted in the understanding that wellbeing is not simply the absence of symptoms, but the cultivation of balance, rhythm, awareness and connection.

Whether through acupuncture, Ayurvedic consultations, nervous system-focused care, education or group programs, I support people in understanding their body more deeply and developing sustainable practices that support long-term wellbeing.

I have a particular interest in:

  • stress & burnout

  • nervous system regulation

  • emotional wellbeing

  • fatigue & overwhelm

  • preventative medicine

  • seasonal & circadian health

  • embodied healing practices

My sessions and programs integrate:

  • Acupuncture & Traditional Chinese Medicine

  • Ayurveda Medicine

  • Breathwork & Meditation

  • Yoga & Embodied Movement

  • Lifestyle & Nervous System Education

  • Seasonal & Ritual-Based Practices

My approach is both intuitive and clinically grounded — honouring the wisdom of traditional medicine while remaining accessible and relevant to modern life.
